เมมโมรี่การ์ด คืออะไร

เมมกล้อง, เมมโมรี่การ์ด (Memory Card) หรือที่เรียกอีกชื่อว่า sd card เป็นอุปกรณ์เก็บข้อมูลประเภทหน่วยความจำสำรอง ที่ถูกนำมาใช้ในการจัดเก็บไฟล์ภาพถ่ายหรือไฟล์วีดีโอสำหรับอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น กล้องถ่ายรูปหรือสมาร์ทโฟน โดยเมมกล้องจะมีลักษณะเป็น ชิพ สี่เหลี่ยมขนาดเล็ก ที่ต้องใส่ไว้ภายในช่องใส่เมมโมรี่การ์ดของกล้องถ่ายรูปรุ่นนั้น ๆ ซึ่งเมมกล้อง ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งส่วนสำคัญที่จะทำให้กล้องถ่ายรูปใช้งานบันทึกภาพและวิดีโอได้ รวมถึงโอนถ่าย ย้ายไปสู่อุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ได้อย่างสะดวกนั่นเอง

ขนาดของ Memory Card 

เมมกล้องหรือเมมโมรี่การ์ด (Memory Card) สำหรับกล้องถ่ายรูปในปัจจุบันที่เป็นที่นิยมกันนั้นจะมีอยู่ด้วย 2 ขนาดคือ Standard SD (SD Card) และ Micro SD Card ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ขนาดจะมีความแตกต่างกันดังนี้

Standard SD (SD Card) - คือเมมกล้องแบบมาตรฐาน กล้องถ่ายรูปส่วนใหญ่ เช่น กล้อง DSLR หรือ กล้อง Mirrorless เกือบทุกยี่ห้อและทุกรุ่นจะนิยมใช้งาน และเป็นเมมกล้องบังคับของกล้องถ่ายรูปบางยี่ห้อด้วย

Micro SD Card - ส่วนใหญ่จะเห็นกันในกล้องถ่ายรูปที่มีขนาดเล็ก เช่น กล้องGoPro หรือสมาร์ทโฟน แท็บเล็ต เพราะมีขนาดเล็ก ซึ่ง Micro SD Card จะสามารถใช้งานกับกล้องถ่ายรูปขนาดใหญ่หรือกล้อง DSLR ได้เหมือนกันแต่ต้องใช้อุปกรณ์เสริมช่วย 

ขนาดความจุ เมมโมรี่การ์ด

เมมกล้องหรือเมมโมรี่การ์ด (Memory Card) นั้นจริงอยู่ว่ามีขนาดที่เหมือนกันตามประเภทของ เมมกล้อง (SD Card หรือ Micro SD Card) แต่แท้จริงแล้ว สิ่งที่แตกต่างกันคือความจุ หรือพื้นที่จัดเก็บไฟล์ภายในการ์ด ซึ่งจะมีขนาดความจุที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ซึ่งจะเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่หลัก 512 MB (Megabyte) GB (Gigabyte) ไปจนถึงมากสุดที่หลัก TB (Terabyte) โดย 1 GB = 1024 MB และ 1 TB = 1024 GB ซึ่ง TB (Terabyte) ถือเป็นขนาดความจุมากที่สุดของ Memory Card ที่วางขายตามท้องตลาดบ้านเราในปัจจุบัน

แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม สำหรับใครที่ต้องใช้งาน เมมกล้อง ที่เน้นการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลไปยังอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ บ่อย แนะนำว่าให้คุณซื้อสิ่งที่เรียกว่า Memory Card Reader ซึ่งจะอุปกรณ์เสริมในการโอนถ่ายข้อมูลของการ์ดเข้ากับอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์มากต่อการจัดการข้อมูลไฟล์สำคัญ ๆ ของคุณ

ความเร็วของ Memory Card

นอกจากเรื่องขนาดความจุแล้ว เมมกล้อง หรือ เมมโมรี่การ์ด (Memory Card) ก็ยังมีสิ่งที่ต่างกันของแต่ละรุ่นด้วย นั่นก็คือเรื่อง ความเร็วในการอ่านหรือโอนถ่ายข้อมูล (Data Transfer) โดยคุณสามารถสังเกตได้ที่ตัว เมมโมรี่การ์ด หรือ sd card ได้เลย ซึ่งความเร็วจะมีหน่วยในการวัดที่เรียกว่า MB/s (Megabyte per second) เช่น ถ้าบนเมมกล้องของคุณระบุว่า 90MB/s คือ ความเร็วอ่าน 90 Megabyte ต่อวินาทีซึ่งเป็นความสามารถในการอ่านข้อมูลด้วยความเร็วสูงสุด

โดยในการเลือกซื้อ เมมกล้อง นั้นนอกจากเรื่องความจุ ขนาดของพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บไฟล์แล้ว คุณก็สามารถเลือกซื้อจาก ความเร็วของ Memory Card ได้เหมือนกัน โดยยิ่งเมมกล้องมีความเร็วในการอ่านมากเท่าไร ก็จะมีราคาที่สูงขึ้นตามลำดับ ซึ่งเมมกล้องที่มีความเร็วสูง จะเหมาะสำหรับผู้ใช้งาน ในการเก็บไฟล์รุปหรือวิดีโอระดับไฟล์ 4K ที่มีขนาดไฟล์ใหญ่ แต่สำหรับผู้ใช้งานทั่วในไฟล์ความละเอียดตั้งแต่ 1080p หรือต่ำกว่านั้น อาจจะเลือกใช้ความเร็วที่ลดลงมาก็ได้เช่นกัน
